Statsroom was founded by Ryan Coulthard, a performance analyst with experience working across a variety of high performance swimming environments ranging from national development programmes to international competition.

Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Performance Analysis and is currently completing a Master's degree in Sport Performance Analysis at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Alongside his academic work, Ryan has supported elite level athletes through technical feedback and race analysis and has contributed to the provision of race analysis at national and international competitions.

As a former competitive swimmer himself, Ryan understands both the demands of competition and the value of objective performance information in supporting athlete development. Ryan established Statsroom with the ambition of making high-quality performance analysis more accessible beyond traditional performance pathways.
